Lauren Ludtke is a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist physical therapist and founder of BeVertical Physical Therapy, a practice dedicated to helping individuals overcome dizziness, vertigo, and balance challenges. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA, and has completed extensive advanced training in vestibular and neurologic rehabilitation.
Lauren specializes in the treatment of vertigo, persistent dizziness, imbalance, and neurologic conditions that affect mobility and daily function. She is known for her thorough, patient-centered approach—taking the time to listen carefully, uncover the root cause of symptoms, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each person’s goals.
Through BeVertical, Lauren’s mission is to help people feel steady, capable, and in control of their bodies again—to be BeBalanced, BeConfident, and ultimately, BeVertical. Through one-on-one care, clear education, and evidence-based treatment, Lauren empowers her patients to return to the activities that matter most to them and get back to living life feeling steady, strong and with confidence.
