Please call our office at (404) 436-9800 to schedule your initial evaluation. After your first visit, you’ll have the convenience of scheduling future appointments online at your leisure through the "Book now" link on our website. 

We are a Medicare Part B provider and welcome Medicare patients. As part of your care, we will submit your claim to Medicare on your behalf. 

At this time, we are not an in network provider for Medicare Advantage plans.

We are an out-of-network provider for most private insurance plans. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and will vary based on your individual plan.

Our initial evaluation is $250, and follow-up visits are $200. Each session is 55 minutes and always one-on-one, ensuring you receive personalized, focused care.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. We also recommend wearing or bringing sneakers or other flat, supportive shoes.
