We are located within the CareSpace Buckhead offices at 3610 Piedmont Rd NE Ste 200, Atlanta, GA 30305. The office is handicap accessible. 

Yes, please park in spaces marked CareSpace for free parking during your physical therapy session.  The parking garage entrance is off Habersham road. After turning into the garage make an immediate left or continue straight to find CareSpace marked spots. You do not need to register your car/ license plate. 

Please call our office at (404) 436-9800 to schedule your initial evaluation. After your first visit, you’ll have the convenience of scheduling future appointments online at your leisure through the "Book now" link on our website. 

We are currently completing the enrollment process to become a Medicare Part B provider and look forward to accepting Medicare Part B patients in the near future. Currently, we are unable to accept Medicare Part B patients. 

At this time, we are not an in network provider for Medicare Advantage plans.

BeVertical Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider for most private insurance plans. Upon request, we are happy to provide an itemized superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. For many insurance plans, we can also submit your out-of-network claim directly to your insurance company on your behalf. Please note that out-of-network reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan and benefits.

Our initial evaluation is $225, and follow-up visits are $200. Each session is typically 55 minutes and always one-on-one, ensuring you receive personalized, focused care.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. We also recommend wearing or bringing sneakers or other flat, supportive shoes.
